Ideas for 7 day workout routine

Evening all, I’m sure questions like this have been posted on this sub a lot so apologies in advance.
I want to create a weekly home workout routine targeting my upper body, arms predominately but also shoulders, chest etc is welcome

(I only have dumbbells)

Ideally I’d like some routine ideas like:

Day 1- insert x amount of this exercise

Day 2- insert x amount of this exercise

Etc, all the way to a day 7 then rinse and repeat.
The workouts I’ve been doing are all the same targeting the same areas and I think I’m not allowing those muscles to recover enough so need some variance. I have tried google but no real luck.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
