I am searching for advice. I am always looking to try out different workouts, routines and combinations. I decided to try out something new I came up with on my own. A friend of mine says it’s a BAD plan(he and I do NOT have any professional training) but we like to challenge ourselves and each other. Here is my new workout plan. Please give any and all feedback(no sugar coating. It’s calories I don’t need lol)
400m run(6mp h/10km h)
Powerlifting warm up(only doing this part 3 days a week):
Bench 185 3x5-5x5(80% max)
Deadlift 225 3x5-5x5(80% max)
Squat 225 3x5-5x5(89% max)
400m run again
Then I do a full workout routine(I do shift work. 1-2 rest days a week are normal for me):
Shoulders
Bench/bicep
Back/tricep
Legs
Core
I run on my off days or when I feel like it. I run a 6 min kilometre(10 min mile)
