Looking for workout that doesn’t involve to many weights

I’m 18yo male 11% body fat 158 lb and 5’9

Does anyone have a good workout routine to be lean? I plan on starting boxing and I’d like to be more lean before I start. My goal is to have abs that pop and a lean body. Does anyone have a routine that isn’t too heavy on weights and does a lot of HIIT workouts? Pushups sit ups planks esc

Also doesn’t have to be a beginner workout I like challenges!

Thank you guys in advanced. If you have one please let me know! I plan on hitting the gym 3-5 times a week! I’m tired of going to the gym feeling lost not knowing what do do :/
