Making a fitness plan for life

@purdella My plan is, at least 30 minutes of something every single day. That can be biking, hiking, walking, weightlifting, yoga… once a week it can even be gardening. I had to recognize that I cannot commit to a specific form of exercise for life, but what I can commit to is always finding something that works for where I’m at in my life at any given time.
