Today was the first time I had heard of this person. In this open, he submitted a video that showed him finishing the 50 HSPU, but only actually did 40. HQ penalized him 1:10 on his time.

His profile shows four regional appearances.

From a comment in the Games facebook page:

"His past 2 regional performances indict him for open cheating. You don’t finish the 2017 open in 131st place then bomb regionals with a 32nd place finish. Then follow that up in 2018 with a 52nd place open finish then another bomb at regionals with a 38th place finish. Did anyone at hq bother to view this guys track record?"
