My Maintenance Calories? 😭

Hi all!

- I'm 22, female, 170 cm (5' 7"), and 60 kg (133 lb).

- Let's say my BMR is 1300. (ik it's on the lower end but let's just roll with it).

- I workout 4-5 times a week. Here is my workout using 8lb dumbells:

I do 6 reps for each listed excercise and I repeat 3 times with 15 seconds of rest between each excercise.
  1. Goblet Squats (1 dumbell is used)
  2. Renegade Rows
  3. Dumbell floor press
  4. Glute Bridge (1 dumbell is used)
  5. Basic Row
I end with a 30 second Plank with one dumbell on my back.

How much is my daily maintance calories?
