Need advice for exercises to do at home

Hey everyone! I am 21M, skinny fat, h = 6ft, w = 68 kg (I know, am underweight for my BMI ). Recently, I decided to aim for a lean body, but my biggest constraint are : I don't have much strength to begin with, and I cannot go to gym because of a health condition that forbids me to sweat excessively. I do have adjustable dumbbells, though. Keeping that in mind, could you suggest a workout plan ( bodyweight or dumbbell ), that I could do at home? ( A diet plan could also help )
Since my two options at this weight are bulking and body recomp, please suggest accordingly. 🙏
 
@youngman ig the only thing that is possible to do without sweat is inclined machine. also, if you want to build muscles then it is not very much possible not to sweat but dumbbells cause sweat. idk if there's much you can do. all the best, I hope other people can help.
 
@youngman Here's a 4 day workout split

Day 1: Upper body ( Monday and Thursday)

Pushups x2

One arm db rows x2 on each side

Db lateral raises x2

Incline pushups x2 ( It is easier than normal pushups )

Bent over Rear delt flies x2

Alternating db bicep curls x2

Single arm overhead tricep extension x2 on each arm

Day 2: Legs and abs ( Tuesday and Friday)
Goblet squats x4

Romanian deadlift x2

Calf raises x2

Ab crunches x2

Russian twist x2

Take 60-90 sec rest in between sets and try to perform 8-12 reps on each set
