Hi all - I’m just finishing my second week on this whole CrossFit journey, and I’m liking things so far.

I got talked into doing 24.2 this evening (scaled)

I was 9 reps short of completing 7 rounds, and thought I’d done fairly well, but since I didn’t register, I don’t have much to base that on. Most everyone this evening was either doing it Rx, or foundational, so I couldn’t compare.

Would this be a decent first attempt for a 42 year old 265lb, out of shape, CrossFit rookie?
 
@nich4him Most of our scaled athletes got around 8 rounds and most of them have been crossfitting for quite a while.

So I’d say that almost 7 rounds just 2 weeks in is pretty awesome 🙌
 
@nich4him Great work! I've been going for a few months now, 37f 215lbs - I managed 7 rounds scaled. So honestly think you did incredibly well. I had the same issue, no problem with the deadlift, just need to get that skipping sorted!
