Hi all - I’m just finishing my second week on this whole CrossFit journey, and I’m liking things so far.
I got talked into doing 24.2 this evening (scaled)
I was 9 reps short of completing 7 rounds, and thought I’d done fairly well, but since I didn’t register, I don’t have much to base that on. Most everyone this evening was either doing it Rx, or foundational, so I couldn’t compare.
Would this be a decent first attempt for a 42 year old 265lb, out of shape, CrossFit rookie?
