Need guidance for weight loss

@heatherbliss Also definitely do not ignore Boron (6 mg per day), Potassium (4700 mg per day) Zinc (20 mg + per day) Magnesium (400 mg + per day), B12, D3, A (Active Form) & E. These are probably the most goated nutrients for bodybuilding & there is a reason why most of these are consumed in supplement forms. To market those people with deficiencies by convincing them to not get it from food, which is a healthier sources anyway!

If you use Leafy vegetables like Spinach for the Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium & all, please eat them Cooked, & increase the amount of calcium to absorb to the oxalates.

Always soak your Nuts & Seeds the day before eating, some people still don't do this

Use cronometer to get a decent idea of how much of this Vitamin or mineral is in this food. It is free, can be used to cover all nutrients except Boron & k2. It can even specify number of oxalates in food, and you can increase your Calcium accounting for total oxalates in your diet. You can increase it by adding one cup of whole milk, maybe 2 depending on the no of oxalates.
