@blindfaith101 Yea you need to substantially increase calories to gain weight and then worry about body components goals. Talk with your crossfit coach about your weight/muscle gain goals and see if your training can be slightly tweaked to get you there otherwise you should switch to an exercise that aligns with your goals. Fwiw i suggest you start to eat a little “dirty” if needed to hit your calorie goals which will likely be 2000-2200 to gain weight.
@blindfaith101 Your calorie intake isn’t high enough for your body to build muscle (i.e definition) and you haven’t mentioned anything about macros. How much protein do you intake per day? You should have about 0.8 - 1 gram of protein per lb to sustain your muscles.
