Need help with high metabolism routine

My maintanence calories is 2900 a day I can meet the required calories with alot of effort but I don't know how I should adapt my p/p/l workout routine to accommodate THIS change please give me advice.

Also for extra context my cardio is the worst out of anyone I've ever met so please take that into account as I want to be healthy not just jacked
