Need help with making a split

Hi! So, I (19F) usually don’t workout I am very lazy so I am a beginner. I don’t necessarily want to lose weight but I do want to grow my glutes and tone myself up. But, since I am very new to this I really don’t know what to do or which workouts are most suitable. It’d be appreciated if I got some help :]
I am 5’1 and about 120 pounds
