No workout for 3 months. How should I start?

@electricthot As someone who has almost regular throat infection/fever and thus 1-3 weeks of stoppage sa gym, just ease into it :D

Go for 60-80% of your previous max weight and do less sets or less exercises. I usually do 4 workouts for every major muscle group and i would cut it down to 2 when im fresh from sickness.
