Hi, all. Spent some time trying to put together a new routine for myself. Love doing S+S and how I feel after doing it so want to incorporate it into my daily routine. This is what I came up with. Let me know if it’s sufficient, too much, or lacking. I’m 48 and in pretty good shape. Thank you in advance.
Monday: Mobility + S&S + A) Push-ups B) Rows 10 x 5
Tuesday: Mobility + S&S + A) Rack Squats B) Single-leg deadlifts 10 x 6
Wednesday: Mobility + S&S + A) Dips B) Lat raises C) High pulls 10 x 5
Thursday: Mobility + S&S + Dragon flags 10 x 5
Friday: Mobilty + S&S
Also cool down after each day with jump ropes 10 x 30 rotations
