@zach17 Sleep!

Slow wave sleep is where all of your HGH is released. Get more sleep. Get better deep sleep.

Don't drink at night (or at all), make sure your bedroom and bed are cool and dark, give yourself time to fall alseep, schedule a 9 hour sleep window, etc.

Good sleep + good food will do wonders.

@neodakine Androxal (enclomiphene citrate) has been shown to increase both total and free testosterone. It's legal for civilians to take, but considered a PED and banned by the WADA. You need a prescription to get it. I've tried it and it did increase my testosterone (allegedly, according to self-administered blood withdrawals that you mail to a lab). But I noticed very little in terms of performance enhancement, and it lead to undesirable weight gain.

There's also straight up TRT. Also prescription, and expensive, but you can almost certainly find a "men's health clinic" that will prescribe it to you regardless of whether or not your testosterone is actually low.
