Personal training app recommendations?

I’ve used Future and liked it, but $200 a month?? Tried Copilot, it was meh. I’m mostly a runner but want to strength train 2-3 days a week and am clueless in the gym. Just need something simple, I’m a 42 year old F, I prefer dumbbells to machines, and would be down to try mat pilates. Goals are to increase mobility, get more toned/stronger, and simply maintains muscle mass as I age. Recs?

@tcassidy I use the caliber app to track my weight and reps. Its free but it also has group personal training for $20 a month. I’ve used for a few months and I really liked it. I know they do individual training on there too but idk how much. I love the app so damn much though. You can create your own workouts too.

@gillr I did individual training on Caliber! It was really good and I met with my trainer a couple times a month by zoom. Great guy named Paul from the U.K. I think the training is worth the money. About 2 years ago it was like $300 something for three months which isn't too crazy
