Please critique my programme: moving from the RR to SM's PPL

@jermyn What about if I took the RR and did two things: remove the core triplet and do it on the off days with running, and mixed the exercises up so instead of just weighted dips, do weighted, ring and pb dips with some DUP programming across m/w/f?

This way I save time and keep things interesting on the exercise front?
 
@reallylongnickname I mean if it's about keeping things interesting then you can do whatever is interesting to you. What I wrote above is about making sure you GAIN on everything for the time you spend doing it. Weighted Dips don't really have much transfer much they RECEIVE gains from just about everything. So I usually advise ditching them in favor of movements that you NEED direct work on to actually improve. :D
