Will I run into recovery issues with such a split? I have no rest days between each cycle.
 
@realitywild777 Having a 4 day split is good as long as you still have a day or two break before you start up again. Rest is important to help your muscles recover so you can hit peak performance in the gym
 
@realitywild777 it would be good to understand what exactly you would be doing each day.
light weight high reps? low reps but going heavy? bench vs cable flys etc. That has way more impact on how you will recover rather than a "split".
Needless to say, good sleep and nutrition will make the most difference on recovery.
