PRVN Bodyweight Program E-Book

Recently new to CrossFit but I have been training for the last two years. Currently looking for a home bodyweight program for the days I’m not in the gym.

Can anyone recommend the PRVN Bodyweight eBook? The 30 minute routines would suit me well, but I’m just wanting to know what I could expect to see for a typical workout and if anyone would recommend this program.
