Question about cutting workout routine

Soo im beginning a cut of 1 lbs per week, and man I have 0 energy during this time. Cause of that, I was hoping to workout as little as possible to avoid injury, and here's what I came up with:

Day 1: Cardio

Day 2: 3 sets of chest press, 3 sets of dumbbell flat press, cardio

Day 3: Rest

Day 4: 3 sets of cable row, 3 sets of wide grip lat pulldown, cardio

Day 5: Rest

Day 6: 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of ab crunches, cardio

Day 7: Rest

Is this enough exercise to avoid muscle loss?
