Rogue P-4 vs P-6V pull up bar

Hi all,

Im looking for a pull up bar from Rogue for my home gym. I’ve narrowed it down to both the P-4 and P-6V, as I would need to mount the bar to a wall in my gym.

Can anyone give me advice on any of the 2, or recommend other pull up bars?

@johndjhnydee Get the P4 if you’re going to wall mount. It’s got a better gusset to support your weight and prevent flex. The P6 would likely work just the same but get the one that’s designed exclusively for wall mounting.

@johndjhnydee I have the P4 in my basement and it’s been great. Super sturdy and does the job. I passed on the 6V mostly because of my wall space and the fact that I’d have to mount it higher (since the bar comes out of the middle of the mount, rather than the top like the P4, if that makes sense).
