Seeking advice for cutting/ body recomp

Hi everyone i’ma 19 Year old man, 6 foot 3, 220 pounds. I still don’t have a whole lot of definition and can’t see my abs. I’ve been going to the gym 4-5 days a week for 7 months now and i’ve lost 58 pounds since I started. In the first 5 months I managed to lose 50 pounds. But in the 2 most recent months i’ve only lost 8. I’m eating 220 grams of protein a day and 2500 calories per day (the first couple months i only was eating 1700/2000) So my main questions are: Should i cut back another 300-500 cals? And if I do will I lose muscle even if I continue eating my body weight in protein grams?
