I've been taking whey protein from more then 4 years now. Right now I'm taking this MB protein: this. I just bought it around 10 days ago, I've taken it around 5 times now and every time I feel pain, yesterday I took a little bit more then a scoop and I felt really f*king bad pain. I've taken this same protein type just different flavour and had 0 issues. What should I do here? what should be my next steps, I'm really confused here. Please help!!
