SQUEEZE YOUR ARMPIT!

@layk This happens naturally with weighted pushups because the extra weight demands it. It kind of feels like you're using your lats to push your triceps. Muscle on muscle squishing, or a lat flare.
 
@layk BTW - This is a quick and cool exercise to activate and feel your abs under tension: Stand up with relaxed arms close to your body. Then, one arm at a time: stretch your fingertips towards the ground as if you want to touch it. Keep the arm completely straight. In this same motion rotate the arm slightly backwards keeping it close to your buttock. When done correctly your muscles will very quickly almost go into a cramp.
