SQUEEZE YOUR ARMPIT!

@layk I did this yesterday on ring dips. Got better engagement and it was a much smoother movement. I am sore as shit today! Thanks for posting this!
 
@layk I wonder in which exercises this works or possible to do..

Pushups - nope.

Pull ups - nope.

Curls - Yes, but it breaks the intensity, elbow has to be in fixed position not touching the ribs/side.
 
@layk Can approve, got fucked scapula pain upper back and traps. Just struck me 2 years after struggling with it and several physiotherapists that i never squeeze em. Shoulders gets shrugged etc..
