@layk Yes! I can wholeheartedly agree with this Yes!
@layk You are tucking you elbows or "stacking your lats" all well known advice in weight and strength training.
@layk I did this yesterday on ring dips. Got better engagement and it was a much smoother movement. I am sore as shit today! Thanks for posting this!
@layk aka depress your shoulders?
@dawn16 Not necessarily I believe. I mean you can depress your shoulder blades completely without having the arms as tight as possible to your torso
@layk If you hear a duet of fart sounds with equal tone you're doing it right
@layk I wonder in which exercises this works or possible to do..
Pushups - nope.
Pull ups - nope.
Curls - Yes, but it breaks the intensity, elbow has to be in fixed position not touching the ribs/side.
@aguilareyes Bench press deadlifts. Every push and pull. Lock out = squeeze pits
@layk So also good right? ( seriously asking....)
@layk Can approve, got fucked scapula pain upper back and traps. Just struck me 2 years after struggling with it and several physiotherapists that i never squeeze em. Shoulders gets shrugged etc..
