The Giant 1.0 in the books... how did I do?

I finished W4D3 today and managed to add 2 more sets to hit triple digits (it was almost an EMOM).

I've been KBing for a little over 2 years after coming off several years of Crossfit and competitive cycling. I've never found a fitness "home" like this and only plan to go deeper. Starting 1.1 next week.
 
@youngman4god I was eating a surplus before starting so honestly my abs disappeared toward week 1. Ive never been a big delt responder but my anterior lats and serratus are both noticeably popping more.
 
@applekrate That's some great rep totals!

The cool thing is that 1.1 and 1.2 will slap you in the face with higher rep sets. It's almost like 1.0 builds a base, and then you peak with 1.1 and 1.2.
