Thought I'd share the program I'm about to start doing, any advice or criticisms would be very appreciated

@dawn16 Hopefully to get everything up to 12 reps for every workout. Except the TGUs, hopefully to be able to do em with my 16s, then the swing hopefully to 10x10, then use one handed swings eventually.
 
@maisypolly Is the 3kg TGU a misprint? Maybe I just misunderstand. It just seems very strange for someone who can smash sets of pull-ups to use such a lightweight TGU.
