Thoughts about Bulgarian RDL?

Normal RDL does seem to favor my right hamstring more so I figured I should do unilateral work. B stance RDL twists my body and hurts my back. I don’t have good balance to do single legged rdl. Saw the Bulgarian RDL on YT and tried it myself. I really feel it working my ham and glutes. I can load heavier and it feels like it’s great for my back. Is the Bulgarian RDL a valid exercise?
