Trying to get Vegan but doing at the same Time Combat Sport.Can it realistcly really work?

@mksjdb I've been training BJJ for 5.5 years, and plant based the entire time. Some MMA training in there. I'm also a climber, lifting/calisthenics guy, and more. You can absolutely get everything you need for training with a plant based diet.

You'll need to supplement B12. That's a requirement for vegans. Other than that, I just focus on lots of grains, beans, nuts, seeds, veggies and stuff like that. Not much to overcomplicate honestly.
