Hello everyone!
I would love some advice on how I would go about timing my workouts. Combatting tiredness.
For context: I work two jobs: I lifeguard (I get my 20,000 steps here) in the morning at a pool 5:30am - 9:00am and reception at night 12:30pm - 9pm. (not counting the 3-hour travel times for each job). I LOVE Weightlifting and I would like to keep doing it, Just the time crunch and extreme tiredness. I had to stop weightlifting because I would fall asleep behind the wheel going to job #2.
I get about 7 hours of sleep every night if I time it right. Gotta be up at 4:45am
And well... Yikes. I want to do it all. Maybe there is someone on here facing the same thing OR I may be doing something wrong here.
Thank you so much for your time!
