Right now I do yoga with Adriene (home series) about 5-7 days a week. I’d like to alternate yoga with Adriene with a Caroline Girvan series. I’d love to alternate the two. Anyone have a Caroline Girvan series they recommend for newbies? I’d love to do a 30 day series. I prefer weight lifting to burpees and a ton of cardio. I also walk 10k steps a day 5-6 days a week so cardio is not my focus.
