Weight training

I’m currently working out 4 days a week. At first it took one hour to complete but 7 weeks in it’s now taking me 30 minutes. I do 3 sets of 30 reps in various exercises. My goal is to be well toned but not huge. The workouts are quite intense but I’m not sure if it’s enough.
Is this enough? Is once a week per muscle group enough?
I would greatly appreciate input.
