What’s your ‘genius’ high protein snack/meal?

@samenewme I do this for dessert every night with some chopped fruit (berries and grapes usually, sometimes mango and pineapple) it tastes so good - I've tried vanilla powder and chocolate powder. Keen to try a salted Caramel flavour one day
 
@1daughter1 The Protein Chef has a recipe that’s basically peanut butter, protein powder, a tiny bit of yogurt, and some honey with chocolate chips. Perfect consistency. It’s a bit higher in calories and fat because of the peanut butter but you could always mess with the proportions or use PB2!
 
@sharonarrives It might depend on the brand! I use Aldi protein powder which is super fine. I also don’t always use a whole scoop, and I use the tubs of yogurt not just a little cup, so it mixes in a bigger bowl!
