Which Caroline Girvan workout would you recommend?

@psstblondy good for you!! love that program too. it helped me get into working out again.

growing muscle and seeing yourself get stronger is awesome! it's going to be so worth it in the end. i can tell my legs are going to look toned when i get there, and it's because i've committed to strength training/caroline girvan style working out.

it's certainly a mindset shift we all go through when we realize that gaining muscle is so healthy and good for us. it's like we logically know we're making healthy progress but we get so hung up on what the scale number is as our only metric for progress that it can completely derail us. let's keep goinggggg
