which of these would you recommend, i would have to take it down when im finished using it, it cant stay there. not sure if one is worth the extra money. or should i get one that is standalone and doesnt require a door?

@scareddofthedecline I'd go with option 2 bc that's what I've used for years at a time. Those things are cheap but reliable. I don't know that option one would do better. It actually offers less grip options. Freestanding pull up stands are good because they often come with a dip station as well. They can be expensive for a sturdy one though.
