- Warm up with 5–10 minutes of light cardio (e.g. jogging, jumping jacks, etc.)
- Complete 3 sets of the following exercises, with a 60-second rest between sets:
- Push-ups (12 reps)
- Squats (12 reps)
- Lunges (12 reps per leg)
- Plank (hold for 30 seconds)
- Finish with 5–10 minutes of stretching to cool down and prevent muscle soreness.
