Workout taking too long

@blsdmomof4 Ok, split it into two workouts. Split it into upper/lower, push/pull, or lower/push/pull. You also have three push exercises compared to one pull. Probably should add some inverted rows or something similar somewhere. Hanging knee raises and leg raises are doubling up the same muscles too. Can probably trade one out for something else.
 
@blsdmomof4 And for the fatigue you're either vaping, taking too much supplements (creatine, pre workout etc..) not eating enough calories, not sleeping well or not staying hydrated
 
@dawn16 I don't vape. Don't take any supplements. I try to stay hydrated throughout the day, currently sleeping 7-8h a day. I think the problem might be because I workout 2-3h after waking up and without any pre workout. Thank for the advice though :)
