Workouts that don’t push limits

@panozaa_allbet I have Apple Fitness Plus and the HIIT workouts are obviously about pushing limits, but the dance ones are more about having fun while you get sweaty. The yoga workouts are split, but the slow flow ones tend towards more chill. They also always have 1 of 3 instructors doing a lower intensity version of the workout, so if you just watch the person on the left, you’ll be focusing on the person who’s being active in a not over-the-top sorta way.
 
@echo78 I second Apple Fitness Plus. I also recommend Essentrics with Miranda Edmond-White. It’s dynamic stretching with some body weight strengthening. Check it out on YouTube.
