M mignonvds New member Jun 22, 2024 #22 @kg706 It's part of my blood exam that my cardiologist has me do. I'm obese so he's helping me safety reduce. I noticed CPK was out of range so googled what it meant. Then rhabdo was mentioned. I didn't know what was a safe score for rhabdo as I asssumed the reference range was for sedentary people.
