Would there be varying results in hypertrophy from the different intermediate routines like Lyle's GBR, Helms' U/L/U/L, Helms' L/U/L/P/P, etc

There are tons of great intermediate programs out there. It's overwhelming when selecting one to stick with for awhile. Would each program or routine yield different results or would the results largely be similar? This is assuming one is looking to train 4-5x per week.
