    Do you guys use any supplements?

    @mayaann Multivitamins(plus minerals), omega-3, glucosamine and aswagandha (stress/anxiety/good sleep). If buying aswagandha please buy ksm66 as it’s know to be the best.     Do you guys use any supplements?

    @bcrich Everything except Vitamin D for me. Vitamin D gave me quite horrible sleep patterns so had to cut it off. I would also add aswagandha - Ksm66.
