Do you guys use any supplements?

I like caffeine. I enjoy pre-workout and recently been paring it with pump. Other than that, creatine afterwards.

Just curious what y’all take?
 
@bcrich Everything except Vitamin D for me. Vitamin D gave me quite horrible sleep patterns so had to cut it off. I would also add aswagandha - Ksm66.
 
@mayaann Magnesium glycinate and Vitamin D.

Magnesium is great in many ways, keeps muscles healthy and keeps me perfectly regular ;-) Vitamin D, I believe, is more of a hormone and works in many more ways than people think.

Love my morning coffee.
 
@2withjesus Too much supplemented vitamin D can have a depressive effect on your natural vitamin A production, affecting your immune system negatively. Unless you are deficient, I wouldn’t supplement vitamin D.
 
@whiteybeefcake I've never heard that...my understanding was it's stored in your fat and your body knows how to use it most efficiently and just disposes of what it doesn't use (obviously ANYTHING in too much is bad, but what I saw was it was difficult to actually do that with Vit D). Can you post links to that?
