@youthpastorbrett Alright, try Romanian deadlift instead. It uses less weight and shorter range of motion, should not cause any back strain

@cornbreadfed614 Go before work, then you have more energy. Spend about 45 minutes lifting and then about 20 minutes cardio You can just keep eating the amount you're currently are if you like your current body shape and weight. Maybe add some more protein through food or protein powder

    Roast my program

@futuredreamer Three days a week is completely fine and used in many programs and even if a program is meant to be 4 days a week, it is not the end of the world if the fourth day is always on another week. You don't seem super weak so the complete beginner program might be too easy for you...

    Stuck in a rut

@bw1 Well if you want to become a skinny person, you need to eat like one. I eat less than 2000, if my math is correct. So you should probably aim for something like 1900 and see if the scale starts moving

    Stuck in a rut

@bw1 How many calories do you currently eat?
  16. D

    How does my routine look?

@hundreddays Then full body like you're doing now is probably the better option. Maybe in the future when the kids are older you can all go together
  17. D

    How does my routine look?

@hundreddays Are you limited to only 3 days a week? Because PPL can be run as a 6 day with only one day rest
  18. D

    How does my routine look?

@hundreddays For Planet Fitness your program looks fine. But I feel like there are too many exercises and all three days look very similar even with different exercises. I would recommend a Arnold split or Push, Pull, Legs if You want to go three times a week or more. Basically, my brain gets...
