    @jimmy22x I have the 2 BOS adjustables, I have also been getting a single bell of each weight as I move up, then I can have one adjustable set a little heavier for swings or if I want to be humbled. I view it as my “conquered” collection.

    @alexc4 Finding a gem is a definite dopamine rush. I’ve lucked out on some good grills, but not been able to land a bell yet.

    @alexc4 Maybe I live in a “fitness town” but I can’t find any good shit and I check everyday. It’s all 25lb junk bells. The only thing of note was 2 rogue 26kg bells for 210, but that’s not even a crazy deal.

    @mrsstylz I just went right into doubles, at least for C&P and squats. February 16s, March and April, 20s, May 24s. OP I would highly recommend the BOS adjustables, unless you like to collect gear- then just purchase all sizes.

    @jerrysmith422 Simple greens is a really expensive multivitamin. I’d go for the cheaper option, most of the price just goes towards marketing.

    @yeshuasown I bought a pair, it’s been useful. Depends what other KBs you have. I had a 20 already and use that with my doubles, and have the other adjustable set heavier for swings

    @dkeefe OP have you considered S&S? It was the first KB thing I started with, and would only be adding one movement to what you are doing for 10 reps.

    @lfedora I bought the giant program, but I have no idea what 3.1 is. I know 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 2.0 and 3.0. Did you make that up yourself?
