Question for those who don’t take protein supplements

@r86 I do count eggs, infact I eat 10-15 egg whites everyday. Milk doesn't have much protein. I also do not count bread and rice etc stuff. All are trace amounts.

Being disciplined and holding myself accountable instead of having a personal trainer

@erasmus7 I have too many girls already.

Being disciplined and holding myself accountable instead of having a personal trainer

@erasmus7 You need to get divorced, break up, get dumped for a more jacked guy or get false charges by police. I have been through them all. I was rejected and given police threats by a south asian girl who was flirting with me while having a European boyfriend. I have always been training...

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete I also get constipation from soy, because it sucks in water in the stomach. Maybe soybeans cooked as Indian Dal are effective. I just turned omnivore.

@writeletters032 No. I learned it in Australia.

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete It is very relevant. Most Indian population consume milk, but they don't consume eggs for only one reason, being vegetarian. My comment is trying to fix that false premise. Indian people are majority Hindu's. They avoid eggs or meat thinking it is jeev hatya (killing of living beings)...

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete Most Indians don't know that eggs are vegetarian. On flights if you mention vegetarian food then you will be served with eggs. A female chicken is gonna lay female-egg every cycle regardless if it has sex with a male chicken or not. If someone is avoiding eggs, because they think they...

    Need help for god sake

@nicolo93f I would suggest train only on days when the previous night you had 7+ hours of sleep. Training is catabolic, if you don't recover properly you gonna actually lose muscle and performance. Try skipping a week, fix your sleep routine and hit the gym again, you will see supercompensation...

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete That is correct. It is actually beneficial. All the pro biotics supplements are similar concepts. Most of the research I am finding seems to be for people with existing conditions, mainly kidney problems and diabetes. It's just that consuming one particular food source in general is...

    Need help for god sake

@nicolo93f Then instead of training in gym for one hour, move your schedule by one hour to use that hour for sleeping. I am being serious, sleep deprivation will cost you later in life, especially married life, if you understand what I mean.

    Constantly Yawning during the workouts

@gabechosen15 It could be a sign of cns fatigue. PPL might be too much for you. I did use to get yawning when I was doing loading-unloading job and training as well. Try a deload week and change your split or decrease total volume of PPL.

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete I don't think what they are concerned about is whey. It's the high albumin from the yogurt they are concerned about. There's also a lot of bacteria in curd/yogurt. I agree that normal consumption of curd or yogurt is beneficial. I am just concerned about excessive eating for protein's...

    Need help for god sake

@nicolo93f Sleep deprivation is gonna stuff up your hormones, especially growth hormone is affected by lack of sleep. Sleep is as important as diet and good training. I used to have same fatigue after gym, it means you are overreaching or overtraining. Cut down time in gym to max 45mins. You...

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete I have found one study which suggests too much curd consumption can cause progression of type 2 diabetes. This study was done in rats. As I find more research I will update this comment. I haven't yet researched if this can impact non diabetic humans. "Hence regular consumption of curds...

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete Give me some time, I am out today. I will find decent research, that will show the harms of eating too much curd/yogart. At least in the context of fitness, relying totally on curd for protein -- I have a feeling, won't be optimal.

I think I have found the perfect protein source

@purete Eggs are the cheapest vegetarian source of protein.

best fish oil, multivitamins? Should I take them at age 18?

@johnyork First 4 seem good -- 5 I don't like multivit in general, but looks like legit pharma stuff. I have recently changed my mind from flipkart/amazon etc supps to pharma grade medicines. It is highly unlikely vit D, multi, fish oil prescribed by docs are going to be fake in the pharmacy.

best fish oil, multivitamins? Should I take them at age 18?

@johnyork Unnecessary vitamin pills are a strain on your kidneys. Normal vegetables cover a lot of vitamins. Mostly people are deficient in vit D, b12, zinc and mg etc. Save your money on them pills and spend on a decent blood work. I recently did 30 diff tests with "Krisna Diagnostic". Normal...
