@benguin Just looked up Lebe Stark. Funny I have already watched a few of his videos. Just watched one of his short workout vids tho and I like! Simple, seems to work all the muscles and short. At the end he said "Clean and Press that like button" lol.

@soldierofgod1988 Thank you!. Wish i had some rings i know that would be tons of fun. It's not that I'm focused on biceps..I would rather bigger triceps in fact. I was just worried that S&S had zero biceps at all. I just want to be even with all the excersises. Making sure that my biceps are...

Is S&S really enough? Read mor for context. Im pretty new to this fitness thing

@dawn16 I like that idea. And i was thinking of doing that. My only reason for not doing that is in the S&S book theres a certain section that says something like "reasons people fail" and adding things on to the program such as push ups is one of those reasons. And he stresses to be patient...

@the_journey He'll ya man. Thanks. Kind of what I was thinking. I've never been the body building type. I was the extreme sports sort if guy and I'd like to keep it that way. I like the idea of doing the full program and throwing in whatever is missing. That's a good idea. It seems like the most...
