    @yeshuasown I bought a pair, it’s been useful. Depends what other KBs you have. I had a 20 already and use that with my doubles, and have the other adjustable set heavier for swings

    @dkeefe OP have you considered S&S? It was the first KB thing I started with, and would only be adding one movement to what you are doing for 10 reps.

    @lfedora I bought the giant program, but I have no idea what 3.1 is. I know 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 2.0 and 3.0. Did you make that up yourself?

    @snowlucario I switched from double 16s to a 16 and 20 on week 3 my first time thru. Crazy how that dropped my reps. Now on week 3 of 1.0 again with double 20s and doing more reps than I initially did with 16x2.
