    @acer621 He's a gym employee not a VP! He's not in a position of power. They are essentially equals. Not like he threatened to ban her from the gym.

    @markvs I'm going to disagree with talking to his supervisor. You shouldn't mess with his career. Say no like an adult and move on with your life. He asked you on a date- he didn't grab you! It's a perfectly reasonable request.

    @david_loves_boats I liked Layne Norton's programmes cause they came with a nice interface to tick boxes, and switch exercises (dumbbell instead of barbell,).

    Those who are 5’0/5’1, what is your goal weight and what are you doing to get there?

    @dawn16 These are all my exact numbers and goals. I would love to see your progress pics. I'm currently 117 trying to cut down to 110 and then would like to gain back up to 120 in muscle. But then I thought I would stop. Why do you feel the need to cut again? And do you have a weight in mind?
