    @hurting4help Sounds pretty oversimplified. Honestly best bet imo is the healthy BMI range with some standard dev paired with body fat %, measurements, and other health markers.

    @marjo For me it’s not too bad, I’ve spent a lot of time at 120 but anywhere lower is where I personally start looking somewhat gaunt I guess. That was also when I had higher bodyfat tho, I’m pretty lean now so it might not look as good but who knows.

    @catrandy That’s why the healthy range is so large, I think. That’s not an unhealthy place to be at all! Everyone’s body functions best at it’s own place, the key is to figuring out where that is for your goals + well-being.

    @ndmaher Yeah, my waist shrunk like crazy and my stomach is flat, but my legs are bigger. So proportionally I achieved peak hourglass. Which is also a healthier fat distribution than I had when skinny (more belly fat, nothing in my thighs)

    @marjo 1400 calories a day with exercise 4-5 days a week. Ate fewer carbs but nothing strict. Took about two months

    Like many people, I gained a lil weight in quarantine, like 10 lbs, and in my attempts to lose it had set a goal weight that was lower than my pre-Covid weight because I used to be really tiny in college and thought I might as well lose more. However, this time around, I’ve been lifting weights...
