    @truthseeker316 Yes, but if you are not recovering from previous workout and hitting the same muscle group next day it may backfire. That's what I was conveying.

    @fredruck You can do PPL 3 days and one day for abs/cardio maybe. If you manage to recover and give yout best while doing full body for 4 days then you can do that as well. Else another option is upper body lower body rest then again upper body lower body.

    @fredruck More volume doesn't mean more muscle gain. If you are not recovering well then this more volume can backfired. Listen to your body you can follow PPL split till exams with progress overload,you'll get same results more or less.

    @slimshaky You can go for 8 weeks course and later once a month. Take a test after and adjust your doses by prescription of Doc.

    @destined22 As per your diet, you are having a surplus calories. Calculate your TDEE and have a cut of 300 calories and workout consistently. Do cardio of 10-15 mins after workout. Have a good sleep and increase your water and fiber intake. Have suddenly spiked this protein intake? If it is...

    @sonriserecords Any why Protein will work. Check if it is authenictae and have more than 70% protein percentage and you are getting minimum 23-24 g per serving. On and Gayor essentials is my go to since few months.
